How do I get started with AllBrave?
Head to app.allbrave.aiand create an account with your email. Onboarding takes a couple of minutes: you’ll set up a few buckets (envelopes) and start chatting. AllBrave is also available as a Progressive Web App — open the site in Safari on iOS and choose “Add to Home Screen” to install it.
How do buckets (envelopes) work?
Buckets are AllBrave’s budgeting model. Each bucket is a percentage of your monthly income, and the percentages across all your buckets must sum to 100%. When you log a transaction in chat, AllBrave assigns it to the right bucket based on the category. Anything that doesn’t fit a specific bucket lands in your default bucket. You can rename, reweight, add, or remove buckets at any time from the app.
Does the app understand voice?
Yes. The chat input accepts voice commands — just tap the microphone icon and speak. The first time you use it, your browser will ask permission to access the microphone; you need to allow it for voice to work. If you accidentally denied microphone access, you can re-enable it from your browser’s site settings.
How do I reset my password?
Visit app.allbrave.ai/forgot-password, enter the email tied to your account, and we’ll send you a reset link. The link expires after a short period for security; if it expires, just request a new one.
The app uses AI — is my financial data private?
Yes. Your data is yours. We use it solely to power your conversations with AllBrave and to keep the service running for you. We do not share your financial information with third parties for marketing, and we do not use it to train external AI models. For the full picture, read our privacy policy.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the full app — no credit card required upfront. When the 14 days end, your trial does not auto-convert: you have to actively subscribe ($9.99/month) to keep using AllBrave. We’ll never charge you without an explicit confirmation from you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
How you cancel depends on where you subscribed:
- Web or Android: sign in at app.allbrave.ai, go to Settings → Billing, and click Cancel subscription. You’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- iOS: open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, find AllBrave, and tap Cancel Subscription. iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple, so cancellation has to happen on the device.
Why does AllBrave ask for AI consent?
AllBrave’s chat is powered by Anthropic’s Claude. Before your first chat, we ask for explicit consent so you understand that the messages you send will be processed by an external AI provider under that provider’s terms. You can revoke consent any time from Settings → Privacy; revoking turns the chat off but doesn’t delete the rest of your account.
Do I need internet to use AllBrave?
Yes. AllBrave is an online service — chat, buckets, and transactions sync to our servers in real time, so the app needs an internet connection to function.
How do I report a bug or send feedback?
Inside the app, go to Settings → Send feedbackto send us a note directly — it lands in our team’s queue and we’ll follow up if needed. You can also email hello@allbrave.ai.
How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your AllBrave AI account and all associated data (transactions, buckets, chat history) at any time. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1 — From inside the app
- Sign in at app.allbrave.ai.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm by typing your email address.
Your account and all related data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email to support@allbrave.ai with the subject line “Delete my account”, sent from the email address registered to your account. We process deletion requests within seven business days and send you a confirmation when it’s complete.
Once your account is deleted, the action is permanent and your data cannot be recovered. We may retain limited records as required by law, as described in our privacy policy.
